Took a script on Saturday, was told that medication needs to be ordered and will be available on Monday at 11am Went to collect at 12H15 and apparently they were still waiting. I was told it will be there around 14h30 and they will send me an SMS. Nothings happened as yet .Will definitely not be dealing with them again
Made an appointment for vaccine and was given a time for 4:30. When we got there after for for the 4:30 pm appointment, we are told that they close off at 4pm. Than why give a 4:30pm appointment in the 1st place
I stood in a line for 30 minutes at the pharmacy whilst the people who worked there were having conversations amongst themselves. The service is bad, I would not recommend that pharmacy. The Clicks pharmacy at Park Station has better service
I received confirmation for my covid vaccine 4 times just to get there and be told they do not vaccine on weekends.....The nurse was also unfriendly and not polite at all, she told me she does not make the bookings there is nothing she can do.
You can never go around the shop without seeing an assistant on each shelf the staff is very helpful and friendly I love the way they adhere to the covid restrictions I give them 5 stars
The shop is very clean and neat but for a Saturday they were understaffed at the pharmacy with only 1 person by the self medication and 1 person by the prescription side 9f the pharmacy leaving long lines of people waiting, they could imporve in efficiency by quite alot however they do seem to have quite professional staff, they are just not speed motivated
Unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional pharmacy staff. Lost my script and kept waiting. Unapologetic and treated me as if she was doing me a favour.
I always receive great service. The cashier's always seem to make my day.
Excellent all round service and great prices.
Service is the best. The place is the best as well.
