Terrible clicks store, waited over 30 min in the que, with one person in front on me.. stored even closed while I was waiting, had to open the door myself because the gentleman at the door just looked at me.
Why do you have a phone if you almost NEVER answer it, it is virtually impossible to get hold of Clicks Oakfields! I've called more than 8 times today and nothing! This needs to be addressed urgently!
Went to clicks the doors are locked. No sign why they are closed before 5 on a normal Thursday. Come on people it will take 5 seconds to put a little note to why you are closed.
Horrific service at Clicks Oakfields for vaccination. Everyone was running around like headless chickens, no one knew what was happening. No management. The lady filling in my information was sighing - such an effort. The worst part was that people were being turned away when they had booked appointments and taken time off work! Shocking! Clicks better take some tips from Dischem on how to manage their vaccinations! People are making the effort to get vaccinated and this is slowing down the process with such terrible organization and service from Clicks!
Whole line of people at self medication/ prescriptions with only 1 teller open??
Had an appointment for the COVID Vaccination at 9h00, we arrived here on time, but with 14 people ahead in the Queue and the clock at 12h51 now! We are still waiting! So far 4 people have been vaccinated! Worse than the State Department! The sister's on lunch, there's been "system" issues! The Pharmacy is "understaffed" and takes long to issue the vaccine! Sound familiar!? All familiar State Department "excuses"! Yet, with them being "understaffed" they have 5 employees loitering outside for half of the time we've been here!!!! Now at 13h53, a whopping 2 more have been vaccinated! Pathetic!
Clicks Oakfield you really need to do something about the answering of your phones. I dialed at least 8 times and the phone was eventually answered and put down. Please dont become like Government Departments who you can never get hold of on the phone. Otherwise excellent service.
I have been to this pharmacy twice in the last week. The service is pathetic. You stand and wait in the que for ever. It seems as if the assistans on duty are on a slow strike. Turned around and left the store for a second time this week.

Bad service, actually no service. Very slow to assist, rude attitude towards customers They don't answer their phone, they will chat behind the counter and do not assist costumers waiting in a long queue.
