Brentwood Multicare Pharmacy

I have been to this pharmacy quite a couple of times. I have had one too many bad experiences with either pharmacists or assistants. These people have the tendency to treat a person with a sense of moral and ethical superiority. So much so that I have had a word or two with them regarding their treatment of customers and of myself. Their comments can be condescending and rather appalling. What I find most ironic about this all is the fact that customers are being exploited by their grossly inflated prices seeing as they are one of the only emergency pharmacies in the area. They charge exorbitant prices because people are desperate at times and need these medications at inopportune times. What I have to say however is this… please kindly refrain from treating your customers with some kind of moral superiority. If I were you, I would be ashamed! My family and I will never visit this pharmacy again. Shameful, at the very least!

Absolutely rubbish attitude from a certain staff member to my wife. Short old lady with glasses, dark hair. We use this pharmacy all the time and have never had any issues. To the assistant who thinks she is superior to everyone, please note that even the customers behind my wife were appalled at how you spoke to her. This will definitely be reposted on my various social media accounts.

Rude and disrespectful pharmacists. You expect a pharmacy to have a level of empathy and sympathy towards its customers, but at this pharmacy, you would think they are doing us a favour People will forget what you say to them, but never how you make them feel. This pharmacy is over priced and has a unfriendly and condescending atmosphere. I will NOT support them again.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable pharmacists and assistants. Knows me by name cause I have been going to this local pharmacy for over 40 yr's. Nice presents such as ornaments, jewelry, baby toys. Makeup, perfumes.

The people at this pharmacy have always been so helpful. In a world of impersonal service these days it's a pleasant surprise to find caring service even when they are super busy and rushed, they really try. I've been going here for more than 8 years, and I'm sure I always will - thank you

I normally get my prescription from Falls Pharmacy but with my wife being in hospital, I ran out of pills and went there to ask if I can just buy two of each till tomorrow when I can get mine again. What a rude pharmacist? Will never go there again.

I have supported this pharmacy for many years but I am sick to death of the pharmacists Excluding Oom Johan Their attitudes are disgusting and argumentative at times. It’s actually quite unbelievable. I spend in excess of 20k a year at this pharmacy but thanks to their terrible attitudes I’ll take it elsewhere. You rely on this community for it’s support to face the giants in the pharmacy game. So start treating your clients with respect. Genevieve your attitude has cost you business. I have seen you treat others poorly on a few occasions. You should rather be at in the back answering phones and not dealing with the public. Your pharmacy relies heavily on the convenience factor but with a few bad apples you will ruin it all. I left a complaint but am still to hear from the owner.

This pharmacy is exceptional in every way. Friendly, helpful caring staff and pharmacists. Offering extended hours and this level of old fashioned service has to realistically come with a higher fee. It’s fair with the level of commitment shown by staff and the additional hours of service. I have been blown away with the care shown to me by this wonderful pharmacy.

Always friendly and helpfull staff. Guaranteed to get what you need with great self-help advice. They also have a clinic for injections etc.
