Ordered something using the click and collect service on the 10.10.18, received confirmation of my order that day. The next day i received an email saying that my order is on its way. By Monday 15.10.18 i had not received any further communication from anyone so i called their customer care, they advised me that my parcel is with the courier company and should be delivered today as its the 3rd working day when playing the order it says it takes 1-3 working days to be delivered I was told that i can go to clicks just before they closed to collect my order even if i didn't receive an sms yet they send an sms to you when the parcel is ready for collection i was told that if they give me any problems i should say that i spoke to customer care and they said i can collect it. i called the clicks store at 5pm and spoke to two people before i spoke to who i believe was the manager, she said that my order was there and that i can collect it. i told her that i didn't have the sms, she said its fine i went to the store at 5.10 pm and they i got my order for me, then i was helped by a lady that was very unprofessional and rude, she said i need the sms and my ID, i told her that i spoke to the manager and she said it was fine, i also called customer care and they said it would be fine for me to collect, she was then on the phone and complaining about proper procedures not being following, all of this was done in front of me, she then said that she needed my ID, i said i can get someone to bring it to me as no one told me to bring my ID. i was then told to "just be quick because we are closing". 5 minutes later she gave me my parcel and said i can leave without me providing my ID This whole process was completely unprofessional. i am extremely disappointed in the service i received and the lack of communication .
On Friday 29th November 2019...I bought a hairdryer online mad payments and everything...was sent an sms saying my parcel is on its way just to get there at clicks bellville and be told no parcel yet I can buy another one and when that one arrive just cancel it but they do have the stock that I want?does it make any sense?I've never been so angry in my life. Very dissatisfied and disappointed customer
called and asked if i could collect my parcel, the manager said it was fine, but once i got there 5 minutes later no one knew who i was and they suddenly needed an ID before anything could be handed over. The whole process was long and unprofessional.
Service and knowledge of staff is poor, don't expect a lot.
No help whatsoever ever, if you want to know more about a product, maybe everyone was busy at that time ‍
They dont answer the phone at all.
Bought meds and picked up two items which I bought online
Best Clicks pharmacy service superb
Good customer care
Bad service at checkout point.
