Awesome people customer care.

I asked them to order in a scarce medication and it arrived the next day. Smaller pharmacies do that but it was great that they also do it efficiently despite being part of a big group.

Twice in one year I have received the wrong pre-packed medication package and only checked once at home. You trust that the pharmacy will give you the correct one as you declare your name and surname. Today  medication in my package that is unlabelled and is not prescribed for me  Last month waited 25 minutes for my pre-packed meds. If I had not made a little scene I would probably still be waiting

The service at the pharmacy is awful. There's a certain pharmacist let's call her Karen, I didn't stick around long enough to get her name who believes that if SHE doesn't know about something, then it simply does not exist. Does not bother to check the customer profile, just gives you the nastiest attitude because you dare question her knowledge. Mind this was a 3 month repeat script that I had previously picked up at this same pharmacy last month without issue.  Now all I was picking up was a prescription for BC, relatively tame. I shudder to think what her nasty disposition would do to someone who was there to pick up something for anxiety. Just a 2 minute interaction with this Karen had me running for the hills, lest my tongue unleash on Ms. HairstyleWasCuteMaybeThreeDecadesAgo. I have experience with customers too, so I really try to be a patient one, even in sticky situations. Miss Thang didn't even bother to respond after I thanked her for her time, y'know because my parents raised a polite child. Guess someone's parents didn't quite hit the mark on that front, and now it's everyone else's problem because someone chose a job that involves heavy social interaction. Yay.  Anyway. Avoid Karen and her 80s hairdo. Drive the extra 10 minutes to Glengarry Clicks, they sorted my prescription needs in two flips of a failed Farrah Fawcett cut

Times are wrong. See this was brought to their attention 3 months ago already.

Staff are relatively friendly. However I was prescribed a certain pill by a doctor, due to a common infection caused by another pill. The pill I was looking for was pretty common, yet we were left standing alone at the counter for about 20 minutes while the person assisting us went into the back and disappeared without letting us know why. They also gave us the incorrect medication at first until a supervisor I assume checked and corrected it. The pill was on quite an embarrassing subject, so the person assisting us didn't know how to handle this. They made me feel pretty awkward and embarrassed even though my infection was not caused by anything embarrassing, besides the fact I just had a bad reaction to a separate medication. The staff member was generally friendly though but I think they were too untrained to be handling the counters at this point.

Friendly services, not always very stocked but you can find the necessary items here. You need a clubcard to obtain medicine from the back counter.

Really poor service. Fiance picked up my medication. Only found out when at home that an item had not been allocated. Had to return to get the item only to be told that I cant get it because i dont have the original. They took the original when they gave out the rest of the medication. Then they found the original but now they realised that they did not give the item because they were out of stock.  Really a poor lot looking at the reviews.  Clicks no more!

So in awe of the amazing staff at this Clicks. Such a nice welcome, smiles and friendly attitudes from every single staff member I spoke to. My new fave Clicks!

Service is always slow, whenever they do not have an item on  prescription on hand, they promise to phone you when it is in - they never do!

We have been using this Clicks for the past six months and was astounded to be treated by a Locum pharmacist yesterday. She was rude to my husband and did not even give him time to explain what he wanted to check on his prescription. He has just been through a very rough time in and out of hospital for the past three months and is also a bit slow through the strokes he has had and recovering from Fungal Meningitis and I am trying to encourage him to be self reliant again and we had to have this older person dealing with us. I will definitely not have her serving us again and will walk out next time or preferably go to another chemist.
