Good store, good stock. Only issue is the store's location and size. Regrettably, the store is almost always overly crowded, hard to get parking space. And at paying-points there is usually many people waiting in-line. Would be nice if the store can be moved and perhaps enlarged. Even a second store might do the trick
Extra extra long queue and very slow service
The pharmacy staff are very friendly and helpful, but regrettably the ladies at the cosmetic section didn't offer to assist for what I was looking for. The store was very busy with a long queue of shoppers waited to pay their goods and with only 2 tills open. Quite disappointed where at other Clicks stores all the tills would be open when the store is busy.
I was at the clicks pharmacy in Bronkhorstspruit. Excruciating service. Unfortunately the service sy the psi point is terrible. 2 cashiers working at a very slow pace. Lots of staff standing around and doing nothing. Staff making purchases in between my transaction being extremely rude. I am not impressed with your customer service. I visit your store on a regular basis but would not go there again.
Collected my Pargo delivered package here, it was hassle free in and out. Also like the dact that you don't stand que with other shoppers to get your package, very convinient.
Trading hours were wrong. Drove really far and found the place closed.
