I was at this Pharmacy on 2019/11/10. I was on holiday and run out of Prexum plus 5mg tablets .I asked the pharmacist a Locum to please help me with two tablets with 2 tablets prexum plus 5mg !He refused to help me despite the fact that I am a pharmacist myself . I tried to show him my card but he refused to have a look because the instruction from the owner says you cannot dispense such without prescription!! I tried to convince him that it’s unethical not to supply me an Emmergency 2 tablets to no avail.I went to Clicks Pharmacy next door where I got help . I was so disappointed because I thought I should support independent pharmacy like yours ! I am a pharmacy owner at rural town of Port St Johns !! Your Locum let me down ! Please be flexible to save lives -
I was at the store last week, went to the pharmacy, then got a few items and paid I was not rude or did not do anything that I should not be doing,Turned around and saw the security watching me00000 then he went and stood by the door, and when I went towards the door he pointed to it almost like get out.

I was there last week looking for a microwave. The store supervisor / manager I didn't really confirm happened to walk by and I asked him for assistance. He personally went to the back and fetched it for me Organized a trolley to put it Advised me about the electrical sale and helped me select the products I saved 50% on all purchased items It was a great shopping experience because of the service, hospitality and savings
We where treated with the utmost respect by Mr Blessing at the Clicks Pharmacy. It made my day, he was polite and professional. He knew everything and informed us with all information required. Made our day, thank you Blessing.
Came to collect my script meds from the pharmacy. I click to collect a number and continue shopping... as the screen and voice over so nicely tell you that you can do while you wait for your turn. 10mins later my number comes up and I rush to the counter for my turn and the pharmacist has decided to help another customer instead. I show him my ticket and he tells me that he will help me once he has assisted this customer. I tell him that it is my turn and that I have my ticket. He tells me that the other customer has been sitting there who arrived after me and has a ticket too, so he suggests I sit and he'll help me after that customer. What the heck is the point of the ticket system when your staff don't even use it. Needless to say I left my ticket there on the shelf. Will be asking Clicks for my script and take my business somewhere else.
Went for covid booster. The lady doing the registration arrived late was surly and unhelpful. The booster was given promptly and by a most pleasant and helpful man by the name of Cyril
The most useless pharmacy you will come across. Waited 45 minutes for the pharmacist, because he was making conversation at the door, only for him to tell me he can't help and the lady that does the online consultations is just as unprofessional with long dirty nails and does her own assumptions with no qualifications. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
Well was good but it's now the 5th month in a row when I com to pickup my prescription medication. Which Clicks alerted me by sms all is ready. That more the 1/2 of the medication is out of stock or on oder all that can say is come back in 2 to 3 daysfor the rest.
Ghastly place. 2 pharmacists at prescription queue who took 30 minutes before the next customer. The queue was growing by the minute. No urgency Complained to the manager who says it is not his department and walked away. Do not recommend!!
