I was assisted by rudest cashier ever! Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this Pick ‘n Pay to anyone.

Treat their customers like they are criminals, want to lock away or seal-in-a-clear-bag anything they are carrying. Meat section stinks of rotten meats, all flowers are left in a decomposing state. Hardly deserving of the "family" name they like to refer to themselves as

Why you don't have phone on the liquor store?? I phoned until the call droped the lady asked if I'm too far to come in the mall to check for myself in the liquor, what kind of stupidity is that? 2 times I wasted my airtime to call the store and first lady told me to hold , I hold until the call droped , the second lady asked me the silly question, I'm angry!!

A bit everything seems like it's everywhere

The perishable food on your shelves looks off, not fresh at all, when a carrot goes to mush it shouldn't be on a shelf, pies look old, sushi dried out.. Not a good first impression, won't be coming back

Everyone at this PnP family store go out if their way to make sure their customers are happy. I prefer shopping here than going to the PnP hyper stores and other supermarkets. Keep up the good work. You are a cut above the rest!

The store is well stocked and reasonably priced. The only hassle is that the store is very big and is not easy to locate items that you are looking for
