I love this clicks! It’s big, bright and spotless. It’s easy to find anything you looking for and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful to me. And a big plus is that it is right next to Pic n Pay, so I can do all my shopping all at once. What a pleasure it is to shop at this Clicks
I was there on 14 Oct 09H00 . Searching for Dental..Ok found the isle board indicator on tge second up.and downin the store... still no products..... Shop layout has been changed Up and down. ONE assistant on floor ... Apologises they changing forXmas she says .... Found more lost Dental Hygiene seekers.. . Please Clicks this is CAPE GATE!!
I never use this clicks as being an OAP I find it too big. Yesterday I went there because I was looking for something the other branches do not keep. I paid for my purchase and walking out I walked straight into a plate glass window. Although I commend you on how clean your windows are I think you should have stickers on them for us oldies who do not have such good eyesight. P I now have a swollen nose and black eyes.
I counted, 34 people in the queue and only 2 cashiers who where were not working very fast... This is at 12:00, 01 November 2023.
They're not that well stocked and their hours on here is indicated wrong. They are open until 20:00 as at July 18, 2023. Edit: my edit to their hours on here has been accepted by google after posting this review.
Terrible service at dispensary. Waited 45 minutes in the queue. Were not enough papers in numbering machine. Machine was later refilled and numbers all started coming out and my number was missed. Assistants apologized, however pharmacidt on duty was mist rude. It was a female Afrikaans speaking and said lets get on with the business. This pharmacy is no no from my side.
I am giving you a two star rating for never answering your phones. Tried several times. Pressed 2 for clinic services and held on till my airtime ran out. Why do you not get a direct number for clinic serviceand publish it here?
Clicks Cape Gate used to be a nice pharmacy/shop to visit. It has gone completely downhill. The dispensary is always a headache trying to get medication sorted. Never get notification when chronic medication is ready and it seems like the locker system doesn't exists anymore either. The staff including these at the tills don't know how to smile anymore or at least just be nice and greet people.
Poor service no one was willing to assist us and the Lady at the till was rude while the supervisor was standing right next to her.
Had to wait in a long queue at the pharmacy for at least 30 minutes just to find out that they had no idea what medication we were talking about. They then told us to try dischem but couldn't give us directions to is we were new to the area at the time. But other than that bad experience the store is decent, great soap range as usual and I'm loving their bubblegum scented body wash.
