I would like to appreciate the staff from Qonce, Metlifemall clicks. They helped me to benefit from purple  stickers items. The cashier went an extra mile to help with online club points card. I couldn't get all their names but the Cashier was Ongeziwe. I think the other Lady was Buhle. Thank you very much,  I saved more than R500.

After waiting for more than 30 minutes for a nurse that we were told by the floor staff  to be out for lunch , she came back to tell us to come back on Monday. Apparently she expected us to know she does not take patients after lunch. She was not concerned that we were told to wait for her , she insisted thay the guys at the door know. How was I as a  customer supposed to know I was should have asked " the guys at the door" about vaccination? No apology and no one took responsibility the experience . So much for the vacination drive .

Wow I have never or should I say it has been a long time since I have received such an amazing service from any Clicks store, I would like to say well done and give a big thank you to sis Xoliswa at Clicks shop 7 Metlife Mall KWT. She was so great, awesome and very much helpful, she was so informative with the medication she was providing me, she gave so much life with her enthusiasm of her job and she gave me all the information regarding the medication doing all that she never forgot to smile. Sis Xoliswa thank you very much for your warmth and expertise please continue doing a great & wonderful job and never get discouraged you are indeed a wonderful woman stay blessed

I made a telephonic call to enquire whether an electric device was available. I had to wait on the line for close to seven minutes after the call was answered with no feedback if the product is available or not. I could hear in the background that the were people close by the phone, I just wasn't sure if I was just being plainly ignored or that they were still busy looking. I ended the call is it was not fair for me to hold on for so long without getting any response or feedback.

The service was so poor. The floor staff was absolutely absecent. And when I did find someone to help they were so disinterested. No interest in the client. So unhelpful. They seriously need to work on improving in this area.

It's really well managed
