Not a fan of the clinic here. The sister in December booked my next appointment in January; which was great and proactive. Come January, turns it was too early and I needed to wait another month. I’m only told this after the vaccine is dispensed from the pharmacy. The sister tells me she’ll leave the vaccine in the fridge and I must come back in Feb. I come back in Feb and there’s an issue at the pharmacy and reluctance to give me the vaccine because it’s not in the fridge. I had to go as far as to show them the transaction off my medical aid statement to show the vaccine was dispensed. Issue sorted and I go to the sister. She makes me manually pay for the cost of doing the vaccine even though I know medical savings will cover it because it was covered in December. At this point I’m so over it and just agree to pay and leave. I’m dreading coming back here for the last vaccine.
I walked past Clicks Sandton city again. At 9:15 on a Saturday morning there is still a queue to pay, and only 1 cashier on duty.
My husband and I went in to get the flu injection. What a pleasant experience with the most wonderful and friendly nurse. We ended up doing our yearly check ups.
Friendly staff! And i love love their wafers which come at a reasonable price
My Doctor has been emailing my prescription since friday 09/06/2023 and I have been going to clicks to collect my medication daily but come back empty handed each time I am being told they still haven’t received the email from my doctor and therefore they can’t assist me
I was super sick/dying I wanted meds .I have never had the best service like the one benjamin gave me .please give that guy a price
Shortchanged us on vital medicines, and we cannot return in the near future to get the remaining meds
My husband was told to be there before 1pm today to get his flu vaccination. Only to be sent to the covid vaccination queue and the nurse was MIA. For 1 hour you wasted his time and said you didn’t know where the nurse was. Only to realise that oh he actually wants a flu vaccine and not covid. This is the third bad experience at this terrible clinic. When I ask to speak to a manager I’m told that he is off for the weekend. SMH
What an amazing group of people who make a shopping experience amazing. Went in to buy just a face wash. Saw other items I need. Nhlakanipho saw that I had my hands full and brought me a basket to put my stuff in. Friendly greeting from the store manager Vernon. Sizakele corrected a price on an item that was incorrectly put on the shelf. Thanks Team Clicks Sandton City
