Always helpful and friendly very neat and clean also not bad priced for medication
Absolutely the worst service of all the clicks branches. Don't even think about popping in for something at the pharmacy side you'll have a 20min wait,while there is one person assisting the customers.
As a regular customer of the store, I'm honestly disappointed by the service I received from the pharmacy managercolored lady. Her attitude is very bad, she screems and shout at you in front of everyone. We totally understand that you might be tired, but that's not our fault. Don't take it out on the patients. Please look into this matter.
Be careful ,products look like they’ve been halved and this is not the first time lm seeing this .
The service at this branch continues to deteriorate. They offer specials buy 2 get 1 free, of old stale stock - be sure to check expiry dates before purchasing. They don't send collection notification for medication to correct patient for chronic medication, if they send it at all. The pharmacy takes a life time to assist, and end up chatting to one another whilst having sick people in a queue waiting for their meds. There will be 4-5 people standing behind the counter, of which 1 is assisting customers and the others are watching, despite how long the queue is. This branch really needs to get a grip.
I went there for my first Covid vaccination. Lovely shop, the staff were very helpful and polite. Such good service I did a bit of shopping too

Once you involve management, they have warm friendly attitudes. Always involve management team when you go here because dealing with the staff alone will leave a bitter taste in your mouth. They should send them for training
A bunch of lazy, disrespectful people. We're not interested to open after load-shedding, before closing time! The customer definitely does not come first. Stay away from this place please! Save yourself the discomfort!
