It's the worst ever when it comes to customer service. They struggle to even assist a person over the phone. White lady there by the pharmacy is so rude, the worst of them all
Disgusting bad service a few days ago. I had just come from my doctor and he had given me my script. Go to the pharmacy and the woman behind the counter is basically arguing with me about my script. Due to the fact that I'm meant to have a certain number of pills for a certain and very important schedule 6 medication. She basically argued with me and told me to go back to my doctor, if I had gone back to the doctor I would have had to wiat another hour if I was lucky, just to check with my doctor. Besides that I did verbally check with him about the certain amount of pills he was to prescribe me, and he did confrim with me! This is absolutely disgusting and rude of her not to offer me the service of saying while you're here let's phone the doctor and confirm. But no I must go back to my doctor. Get all the way home as I don't live anywhere in town in Nigel, and I called my doctor to confirm over the phone. The doc confirmed with me. So long story short she couldn't properly read his script her excuse is that and that of oh some doctors hand writing is so bad. Not happy with her attitude and excuse and also not happy for her at least offering to call the doctor in front of me. I spend alot of money IN CLICKS NIGEL AT THE ANGELO MALL.!!! Thanks to Flloyd for sorting out this nightmare I experienced. However let's hope that things change ge and people start to wake up, and be more helpful and not have excuses and attitudes.
My girlfriend bought a product recently and the tall colored cashier had comments on her product and made her feel uncomfortable.He was also hitting on her she said.Cashier’s are supposed to do their jobs and not comment on peoples products.We will not be seeing clicks at angelo anymore.Thanks
The service is really fast and professional. The employees are always on that servicing mindset. You are able to find most of the items and prescribed medication.
The store was clean, I found exactly what I was looking for and the staff is very friendly at all times
The attitude from the pharmacist who assisted me was disgusting to say the least!!
