I drive a few km further and I go to Hillcrest. So friendly and professional. Going in or phoning in for deliveries is so easy and they know what to do, delivery guy is faster than any other delivery guy I have ever seen. They have exceptional customer service and staff. All the way from strubenvale

Waited unnecessarily long to walk out with my prescribed medication after updating my details. Not even sure what was taking so long, didn't bother asking because I wasn't feeling too well I had to take a seat as I wasn't getting any update from the pharmacist. It was only after I had sat down that the medication was suddenly finally ready . However, you will find the medication you need here and their trading hours are convenient. Customer experiences are different I guess.

Hillcrest has not disappointed over the phone or at the pharmacy I have only experienced great service. Very helpful staff, informative and all in all Super Awesome. Best Pharmacy in Springs for me by far.

They do have good pharmacy assistant but there are few useless one's aswell and are not qualified to serve medicine to people.

Best service and super friendly staff,I forgot to ask the name of the guy at the dispensary who went over and above to ensure I get all the medicine I needed.He helped pay for the other one as the cash I had on me was not enough. That rarely happens. To you big guy ,thank you!

Prices vary from bad to great, would recommend to people otherwise. Convenient trading hours.

You were the one that told me that I mustn’t make my problem yours, after I asked you if you could give me one tablet from the pack, as I left my bank card at home, and would come back immediately to pay for it. This reply was very arrogant and unprofessional.  My daughter needed her medication then, and you were simply not willing to help. The problem here is that you weren’t willing to break up a pack, thinking that I wouldn’t come back to pay for It. It was not because of me not having a script at that time, as you were willing to give me a full pack if I paid for it then and brought you the script latter.

I have to share the best experience I've had a pharmacy. Denise went beyond the call of duty to help me with my medication for my ailment.  Couldn't have asked for better service and better pharmacy.  Thank u times infinity!!!!!

Dispensary is absolutely amazing, very helpful and always friendly staff. Some of the best service one can hope for! I sometimes drive from KemptonPark to them at night, instead of going to Arwyp Pharmacy which is flippin expensive.

Horrible service. Pre-ordered and paid for medication and was advised I could go and collect at dispensery.  Approached by an elderly lady on the floor, Valerie. Not sure if Valerie is the manager or would like to be one, does not greet or ask if assistance is needed, instead, rather proclaimed " you must join the back of the queue". After explaining why we are there she acknowledges me and moves on.  Getting to the front of the counter, inhle is awaiting - same situation, no friendliness, no hi, nor how are you. Instead again "join the queue". When asking her how are you I am answered with - join the queue, again.  After again stating my business then I was assisted by Beatrix - 10 out of 10 for Beatrix for professionalism and customer care. She was actually able to assist me and amazingly greet me with a smile.  Up the service guys, smiles and common courtesy cost nothing.
