All the products you could want from a pharmacy and very well priced. Staff are very friendly.

I was looking for after shave, looking at the a shelf for men, and a Lady came to me seeing that I was looking for something, she did not just tell me where it was but took me to the shelf for it. Thanks to all the friendly staff.

Pathetic  cleaner cleaning blocking customers many complained addressed my son with f swear word and following  with malungu which mean white man as he stepped to reach for the plasters

Pathetic service. Dispensary is very very slow. Seems like they are upset about something and now on a "go slow". Dispensary line is very long and then the pharmacist sitting at the counter for disabled wont help anybody that is not disabled even though she has no disabled customer since i joined the line 45 minutes ago. Pathetic service.

Honestly i don't even want to give them 1 star Dischem dispensary springs mall is useless when it comes to calls or emails if you phone them you hold the line for more than 5 min with no answer and if you e-mail them they never get back to you or they just claim that they never got the e-mail i have to say thanks to Zandile who tried helping me from her side even if dispensary is not even her work space.. Really disappointed in this and its not the first time this has happened its happend everytime i try to call or e-mail please get your priorities straight.. or dont offer a phone and email line!

Good and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only why it is a 3 and not 5 i was looking for grumpy monkey socks and could not find. One guy did try to help me but i could see he didnt really know what i was looking for but he did try his best and i also could not find it any where.

I really can't fault this store. They always have stock. The staff is always yes, always friendly and always eager to assist. I wish I could write more but I just can't - I'll keep on shopping here.

I would like to compliment Daphne Mans in the pharmacy for her professionalism,  her assistance and her willingness to go the extra mile. The trouble she has gone to, to assist in everyway is smazing. Thank you Dapne for making shopping at the pharmacy  such a pleasure

Covid testing is shocking,  there is no control, after booking online I waited for an hour without any movement due to people constantly pushing in, there was absolutely zero social distancing,  there was a lady coughing constantly,  even told staff she sure she had covid19 but was still pushed into the line with everyone else, with ni social distancing,  I eventually left out of frustration and fear of getting Covid, and had to go to Dischem in East Gate, if you want to get tested for covid, avoid dischem springs mall at all costs,  if however, you wish to get infected,  by all means go to springs mall dischem.

GOODBYE dis-chem re evaluate your policy on employment and u will see me again............. This is such a sad story
