I'm giving 5 stars for the wonderful services you get at the dispensary and the tills, but only 1 star for customers who steel things out of the boxes and closing it again for someone to buy it and have nothing in it, like the plasters, hair dye, transact patches.........., please pay for what you need. Dischem is a wonderful place to shop at they have everything I need at a good PRICE.
I visited the Dischem dispensary on the 4th of Jan 23 and was immaculately assisted by Rita Breytenbach Sorry if I butchered your name lol. She was very friendly, personable, helpful and an overall delight. I don't know how the pharmaceutical industry works but give that lady a promotion, a raise and a Bells lol xoxo
This review is for a staff member with excellent service, not the pharmacy in its entirety.... The pharmacy assistant his name is Patrick, he is so thorough when assisting, gives you great advise and detailed instructions information on the medicines and also gives u options, not like some of them that just stares at you when you ask help with self medication.. They even sell u things that are not related to the problem you described... Patric is a valuable staff member, and I personally just wait for him to assist me.. I hope Dischem treats him well.
I would like to compliment the great service given by a lady by the name of Jabu at your accounts/finance dept. She was so efficient in trying to resolve my query and gave constant feedback. In all our interactions, she was helpful, professional and very friendly.I applaud her great customer service
Opening 30min late, without proper explination. Making people late for other appointments. Manager not friendly and security unhelpful
Don't even bother calling to check if stock is available ... I got put on hold for more than 10 minutes and still didn't get any form of help. The attitude and service was extreme terrible.
Horrible service from the pharmacists. Never reviewed or complained online but today I will because of the poor service I received. Turned back twice and had to stand in line twice just to not get the help I needed. They could not even properly corroborate the reasons they couldn't dispense medication. Gave me the roundabout and wasted my time.
Dischem Carnival Mall is the worth store ever. They are to useless to even do as much as to answer there phone. Keep on diverting the calls to a answering machine. They so useless !!!the message still sing the same song....." Due to the Covid pandemic" Wake-up!!!! We in Aug 2022..... don't use Covid to hide your bad service. I'm trying 45 minutes to get through to them. Just keep on going back to the answering machine... USELESS!!!!
Such poor service at Brakpan mall at carnival. Vaccination site is absolutely slow, the staff is useless. If you guys prioritize appointments then stop saying that you take walk ins and waste people's time! Or at least have the decency to allocate a staff member to control the queue. Had I known I was going to wait 2 hours, I would've used a different vaccination site!
I had the worst experience today with Dischem. I was first incorrectly informed about the medication that i was looking for, I was told I must get it from dispensary. I joined the queue there, only to be told it's in one of the isles. When I finally get the medication, there's no price for the 200ml but the lady was kind enough to have it scanned for me and tells me it's R210.00. I take the item and proceed to the tills where counter 1 cashier names Siyethemba Dlangamandla struggles to scan the medication and goes to look for the code. Comes back minutes later and asks for 2 more minutes. I ended up spending 20 minutes and they still were not able to help. I just left, after her stupid TL Voilet asked if I prefer that they stop trying to solve their own code issues and the Manager seems to be unreachable.
