The most horrible experience at the clinic. The nurse is super rude. Sister and I Went in for a covid booster. No explanations were given. The card was only filled in when we asked her of which her reply was "you didnt give". She did not clean the injected area first neither did she put on a plaster afterwards. Just a poke and out.
Good variety of products, but very slow pharmacy services to get medication. Roughly 30 minutes wait time for prescriptions. Rather call to collect as service is quicker.
Worse service I experienced in a long time. Takes them 15 minutes to get 2 bokses of medicine and another one to be ordered which would have been delivered on Tuesday. It's Wednesday, after 2 calls they tell me that they cannot get hold of driver since this morning. They told me this afternoon that it might be delivered on Thursday. Now my daughter has to suffer.
Absolutely dreadful to visit. There is always a very long line with only two pharmacist assisting people but there is 10 cubicles. You are lucky if you can get your script filled under 40minuts.
Pathetic, made appointment for 2 nd vaccine and upon going on the 21/10 at 9.00 only yo find out that they dont have stock of Phizer vaxine and dont know when they will have. Poor customer relation as they could have notified all concerned prior to arrival.It is very sad to see the "NEW" SA workforce so unprofesional.
Books for vaccines for today 2/01/22 as my husband is returning to work and needs to be vaccinated just to find out they can’t vaccinate us despite making bookings. No help from staff, they just pull up their shoulders. I think the Clicks website should catch a wakeup!
Horrible service, Thabane Ndlhovhu extremely rude and unprofessional. Wont recommend this store to anyone Dischem is 1000 times better. Will probably get better service at the government clinic
Worst place ever! You wait forever in the lines and when you get in front eventually you find out that the person who helped you a month ago never put your script in the system... Now you cant get your medication cause there is no script for you!! But it was taken by them a month ago and they never put it in!! Oh and the script that you have with you to give in they dont want to take because it was mot directly emailed to them, BUT you have been getting your stuff there for 3 years!!!! Same medications same doctor same script And they are so flippen rude Never again worst service ever
Worst service ever. The pharmavy takes hours and ell of them look like they are on dope or something, they move extra slow. Also never have the meds I need in stock. Very poor service will not recommend
