You know what to expect in any Romans, so and above that all, these staff are always friendly, the toppings are alway as it should be. Never had any complaints about this RomansFood: 5/5
The staff should do less talking amongst each other and more working. How do you explain the customer is standing there while the staff are gossiping? Very poor customer service.
Had a very nice special for 2 large pizzas only for R144 Friendly staff even tho they are busy they help you quickly Parking: You find there is alot of parking cause it's not only Roman's pizza that is there you will find KFC Burger King McDonald's steers etc
After waiting for over a hour on my cellphone, still didn't get to place my order. Had to go buy food elsewhere. Call and collect service is ridiculous, very bad, I'm highly disappointed. On top of that, you send me a link that can't even open, keeps saying "reload page", can't copy and paste the URL as well. Come on guys, up your game.

This branch actually has the worst service ever. So much for click and collect coz when you get here you STILL need to wait online. What is the actual point of ordering online if I still have to wait in line. And this is the second tiime actually
Amazing as always, pizza is delicious and the staff is super friendly.
Would suggest placing your order ahead as they do get very busy and you'll wait a while. Pizza always warm and delicious!
