Call to confirm stock on an item, get told they have the item in stock. Arrive and get told "no" we dont have that in stock. Please listen to the customers requests, and give accurate information. Please don't waste peoples time to drive to you after calling to be left frustrated. Learn your products too and what they are.
They are always out of stock . So items need to be ordered and collected the next day. Very frustrating
Always friendly and if they don't have what you want they will find it for you. Prices are good
Pathetic service. Hire people that want to work. Yourl can take tips from Acdc boksburg.
They have a decent variety of lighting needs, but service is terrible. Went there twice, and they had to order me what i needed. After not calling me for a week to tell me the stock has arrived, i went there a third time and when i got there they sold what they ordered for me to someone else! Really poor and a waste of my time and fuel.

Very helpful staff and know there story
I went to this store on Tuesday 16 June 2020 a very cold day. Although the service was good, I was stumped by the music that was playing on the instore Display. It was not suitable for a public place as the band that was playing swore constantly while rapping. It was so demoralizing posting to the language being used. Sorry for complaining about this but my opinion.
Warm welcome and great service. I was offered good advise on a number of issues that i raised. Raymond was very accommodating,knows his products and product applications. I will be making use of ACDC Express in the future,no doubt. While in store,check on their specials.
