Cappuccinos Mall@Carnival

I visited Cappuccinos and it was cold. I was told that they can't serve any hot beverages due to loadshedding. I then placed my order and the salad was not fresh. The cutlery is old, I couldn't even cut the meat ‍‍‍

What a dissapointment. Waiter took time to come and serve us, then we waited 45min for the food where I had to go and tell them to please put it in takeaway containers because I had an appointment after I told the waiterI had to leave at a certain time. We did not receive any cutlery with the takeaways and had to borrow a spoon from the layday I had an appointment at so that my child could just eat. No serviettes where supplied and had to scramble for tussues in the car after they did not put the food properly in the containers. This was very disspointing. Will definitely not see me again.

Enjoyable time here. It was a farewell brunch with my parents. The music was quite loud when we arrived it was 11am and we were the only ones sitting outside so we asked them to turn it down, which they did. The food was tasty, but took quite a while to come. I feel there's good potential, they just need a bit of fine tuning to get it just right, just on the customer service and experience side.

Very nice. Really enjoyed the pizza. My son loved the play area. First time in a long time that I had managers come and ask if everything was still okay. Very pleasant. I had a side order of chips that I thought was maybe reheated old chips otherwise still a 5 stars for me.

One of my favorite restaurants at the Mall, the food is always define and delicious. The waiters are always friendly and full of life. The service is top notch

I ordered a Long Island that I started drinking about 15 minutes after it was bought to the table. When I tried drinking the cocktail, I could not taste any alcohol in the drink and when talking to the manager Ntombi I was told that the ice had melted and the lack alcohol was due to this and I should drink the alcohol immediately. I I’ve been drinking long islands for years and not drinking it immediately and I could still taste the alcohol in the drink. The service was a mess, our food was delivered at different time intervals and we had to wait a total of 40 minutes for all our meals to be delivered. Once delivered my friends steak was burnt. Little or no consideration is given to any grievances that the customer might have.

Service has improved so much in the last 2 years, and the food yummmmmmy, the presentation was awesome. I really had a good meal. The espresso was the only let down, was not tasting like an espresso neither was it strong enough to make a difference. Overall was an exceptional experience.
