Rude and unprofessional staff. Poorly stocked. If I ask for assistance the staff just look at me... ignoring me in my face. Shelves have little to no stock of specific items. Absolutely waste of time... I received great and friendly service and all items I was looking for at Mopani Pharmacy.

Im not sure if Ive ever shopped at clicks, got to the till and the products are the same price as on the shelf. 2 Items today were more than 10% more expensive than on the shelf. They guys packing the shelves dont seem to worry about packing stock in the correct place . It is incredibly frustrating. Check the amounts at the till. It is a rip off.

The pharmacists in this Clicks are more helpful and dedicated to their customers than any pharmacists I've ever encountered. Susan has consistently walked the extra mile helping me get necessities to my mom in hospital while I was unable to do so myself. I have no doubt that this Clicks helped speed her recovery and improved her state of mind after the loss of her spouse to Covid. Thank you Clicks Ilanga!

No one answers the Phone whenever you call,  no matter how long you let it ring.  I have asked for a sms notification when my medication arrives. What happens...care to guess the answer? Your right, you won't get one!

Awesome pharmacy, just that product prices on the shelves and at the cashiers mostly differ.

Horrible experience. Rude disinterested staff. Poorly stocked. Won’t return to this specific store ever.

Worst service ever, non helpful and unfriendly staff. Manager unable to address matters when reported!

Good day  I have now phone twice and holed on for 5 min each and no one is answering the phone.  I really don 't think it is very professional.

There are good quality products for children with love price. Keep going.

Pity they don't answer their phones!!
