Friendly service and great to be able to eat with power during load shedding. Nice food for the whole family

We enjoyed a really awesome lunch at Panarottis Nelspruit. The food was delicious, service was excellent and the kids really enjoyed the big play area. Pricing is pretty standard for most restaurants, nothing too expensive and especially worth it for quality food. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in Nelspruit again.Food: 5/5

Food was delicious. I'm not happy with the service. Even though the waiters are friendly, the service was slow I waited for approximately 30 minutes for my drink to be served to me.Food: 5/5

Service is good and the milkshakes is fine. Unfortunately the centre of the pizza i ordered was raw and not fully cooked. The manager offered a compromise to bring a small pizza of the same order expecting me to eat around the raw section. Settled on a new pizza and took it as a take away. Matter was solved amicably and will come again.

Got take aways there. Ordered the gluten free pizza. The base is good but what a waste of money as for the rest. There was so little cheese and not to mention the toppings. If you going to charge R170 a pizza then atleast make it a decent one.

I was at panarottis ilanga mall with my sisters. On the 1st of July @ around 19H40/or 20H00 one of the managersAuden on duty gave us a very bad attitude and lied to us. What happened was that, we requested to move tables because of space and temperature.Our waitressZodwa assisted us with kindness from when we got there. We moved to a table which was closer to the heater, the heater was off so we requested them to switch it on and they said that they are still filling the Gass. When the Gass came and the heater was on, the manager moved the heater to a place where it was even a hazard because it was not in a safe position. But that is not the point, when we asked him why he moved it he said that , don't worry the heat will reach to where you are seated. When the heat was not getting to our table we called him back and he told us that the other people asked for the heater. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience but he gave us attitude instead. I was not pleased because of the words he told us

Good for some family bonding time. Lively and happy atmosphere. My daughter always asks to go there, as all the kids play together and have so much to do. Only negative thing, the pastas can be improved quite a bit, and the pizza toppings spread more evenly.

I enjoyed my meal it was verytasty ,waitress was very good, for a 3 course meal we spent under 500 for 2 people. A good place to chill and relax after a stressful day.

Panarottis at Ilanga Mall has a great outdoor play area for kids. A big jungle gym with a grass carpet underneath with a shaded net, but not covering the entire play area. During the summer the slides would probably be too hot to play on. There are also an indoor play area for younger kids. We enjoyed a cheese and herb Flat Bread which proved good value or R45. It went great with the complementary garlic, chilli and parmesan cheese.

Poor service. Waiter was also busy processing take away orders whilst servicing us, my order took 30 min and I had to stand up to go collect my 2nd drink
