Clientele keeps trying to deduct money from my wife's account, then telling her a broker spoke to her face too face? She never had anybody from Clientele visit her and we are not interested in ANY of your products also never have been. Where or how you got her information is beyond me and its scary. Braking the POPI act regulations if you ask me. My wife will be taking this further!
For lack of better words I’m going to employ the words I am utterly disappointed. Sent my mom money about a couple of days ago only to have her call me back and tell me that Clintelle has made a deduction in her account. this was a shocking surprise because at no point we ever registered to join in a policy however she spoke with them IFA recruiting agent she showed interest and the lady asked her for her bank details claiming that she will explain on the next meeting how this is going to work but the bank details I needed so that if she recruit people then she will be paid commissions of that And from that the deduction just went off spend a bit of money sending up and down to fix it maybe start from the bank because to actually get in contact with you guys is impossible and trust me I’ve tried but since she has patience I had to buy a lot of airtime for her to stay on the line so she could speak to an agent Who advised that there is absolutely no way she can get her money back because that clientele is an old cover which is presently still deducting from this day and someone just been recently registered into it without their consent how that works I don’t know . she did not know either she could only answer to a certain level the basis of was happening.
Pathetic Service, have been requesting a call back for several months regarding a certain case. They call for one second, hang up the phone, then send an sms and an email stating that they tried to call but could not reach you. They also keep closing the case after not getting ahold of me, and I have to keep requesting them to open the case again for a call back. However when it comes to them telling you there's nothing they can do for you, for e.g. a different case I had with them, they will gladly get ahold of you and tell you there's nothing they can do for you. Absolutely useless, don't waste your time, go to a different service provider or go through Ombudsman. Clientele Legal is just another money grab.
Useless hospital plan I had from clientele. Any advert I see of clientele I feel disgusted of how I was treated. I had the plan which covers for maternity a year or 2years before I fell pregnant, I paid every month. Got admitted at the hospital and I had few complications but gave birth eventually. I completed the necessary documents with my Doctor, I claimed and I received R260 rands only.I had to pay for hospital bill,which was plus minus R3000. Afterwards they took time to stop the debit order after I cancelled. Clientele SCAM SCAM SCAM
Those guys who are promoting Clientele rewards at Clearwater Mall at the Nu Metro entrance are fraudsters. I signed up p with them and never got free movie tickets and all the other staff they promise instead they used my banking details to request Uber rides for R439 and they even attempted to purchase something online with my details please Clientele I need my money back
The lady the assist me was very professional. Her service was not only good but excellent. I received my payment in of 2 days. You have her name recorded on the your system. Thank you very much for her good work.
Clientele life is a complete BIG SCAM. I dnt understand how they debit money from my account but I councelled the policy withing 7days of having it since I realized the salesman has totally misinformed me with the policy perks. Everything he told me about the app did not exist!! There decided to council. Now their talking money from my account and being told it's none refundable and should wait 31days to get the issue fixed. There don't communicate nor give you feedback on the emails or respond to the emails. This company is Rubbish A BIG SCAM
Will never ever use clientele again. They promised me a free month to test one of their products and long story short, at the end of the day I had to pay for it. I told the person that if I pay I'll never use them again. Interesting how R130 is worth a potential future client that could give them hundreds of thousands.
Worst spammer in SA with a "This is an important consumer announcement" and then cuts off the call. Probably got over 1000 of these calls. Asked them to remove me and now it runs 3x more. I think its time we launch a class action lawsuit against Clientele
The worst or should I say scams. My wife never authorized the debit order after realizing the bad reviews and sent several emails of not interested anymore but no reply while they still busy deducting after we reverse the first one. We going to close that bank account
