R750 for call-out 7km distance from my house and labour 25 min of work.... Can this be right? I called the Tuesday afternoon to schedule a call-out for the next day. I called the next day at 11am to say no-one came yet. They said Julius would call me to arrange a time. An hour later I called them again to say Julius didn't call. They again said they would ask him to call me. He called the Friday morning to ask what time he could come through. My wife told him between 10 and 12pm. He calls at 11:55 to say his on his way. We were desperate to get the washing machine fixed as it had been problematic for a few days. Eventually the problem with the washing machine door lock was that it wasn't making contact, so he replaced the part which was only R150. He started working on the machine at 12:05 and left by 12:30. This was the closest repair shop thought call-out fee would be less and we used them in 2019 when the washing machine was still under warranty. Would be cheaper to just buy a new washing machine next time.

It’s highly unfortunate that I have to respond with a poor rating. I had high hopes for this company. I paid for a call out fee, the technician couldn’t tell me what was wrong so the company was supposed to come fetch the machine within the week. I’ve called 3 times since then in the timeframe of about a month with a new promise of collection every time. It leaves a bitter taste in my mouth knowing that I essentially paid someone 200 rand if I recall correctly, for nothing in return. I also waited for the technician 2 hours after our agreed time of arrival for the original appointment. Since I’ve waited for them to collect the machine I’ve spent good money on dry cleaning. I should have held on to the money and just bought a new machine. Unfortunately I can’t recommend.

One of the best service experiences I've ever had. I had issues with both my washing machine and dishwasher and both were taken care of in a timely manner. Additionally, Eska has been so patient with me and my numerous calls and requests and has catered to all my requests. Thank you so much for your excellent service. Excellent courteous service

Needed a diode for my microwave. Called them as they are near to where I stay. They asked for a picture of the item, which is fine, however they came back to me with a price of R380. I do not know how they got to that amount, when I managed to get the diode for R17 at another parts supplier.
