Don’t expect them to give you the product that you ordered. I ordered an 89m 3-core cable 2.50mm2 for my garden lights. The staff who took my order Oscar Masuba gave me a cheap 2-core SURFIX cable instead.
Painful experience. Staff doesn't care about who pushes infront of the qeueus. Collecting is just as unorganized. Terrible experience. Rather go to voltex Randburg
Stand in queues forever, everyone is busy on their phones with personal calls....attitudes are the worst!!!dont answer you when talk to them as they are to busy on whatsapp calls..phones on speaker and when they finally answer you cant hear what they say as there is some person on speaker shouting...
The receptionist has a very bad attitude and Zero customer service. she kept disrespecting me and evidently dropped a call on my ear when I indicated that I am not impressed by the remarks she kept on making on a side. this compony came recommended by another company but the receptionist is very disrespectful. Not impressed al ALL.
Phoning for a quote is impossible. Nobody from sales answers the phone. Went into shop couple of months ago too. Most unpleasant experience ever. Guys behind the counter just avoid eye contact and pretend to be busy. If after sales service is as good as sales service, run......!

Seemed as though I inconvenienced the sales person with my presence. Wanted to find out about the options on globes for loadshedding. Without giving any sort of assistance just proceeded with a "we dont have, we need to order" on any of my recommendations
Good at sales.but takes too long to receive your order. Staff are too lazy to help customers to take goods to the car when they buy a lot. We recommend they stop sitting around like bosses and help.you have to beg them to help.get rid of the lazy staff
