Minus Zero stars, money is more important than respect for your vehichles. They towed us 70km to Bloem for R 4000 and bend our Caravan's A-frame so much that the lid could not even open up in the front. The Arrogant driver said its not his fault it is the wrong A-frame. For an original Vintage Wilk caravan. He drove like maniac through all the potholes without even looking back. They took no responsibility at all. We left our car there for 2 days and the handles was broken off for trying to get into the car. Terrible company and management for Karma will reign. Use anyone else, but not them

They are the worst people alive especially that rude guy called Shaun. Was stuck on the side of the n1 5km out of Bloemfontein and they demanded 3 thousand rand from me and left me stranded on the side of the highway. Was not happy. Bad company . Thy hide my keys by them so that have to pay extras storage and get another company to remove my vehicle .Then only I got my keys .

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with Cobra Towing, the driver not only delivered our vehicle to the service shop, he took us to a car rental company, assisted us until all our luggage was transferred to the rental vehicle and was constantly in contact with Santam to report that we are safe and taken care of. Fantastic service, thank you! If I remember correctly, the driver was Jan Tsotetsi, our hero for the day.
