My 7 year old son feared visiting the dentist from his previous encounters but Dr KD Weaver was just amazing. She communicated with my son so well explaining everything that she was going to do and made him feel comfortable. Very friendly with kids.
I had a very bad experience when I visited this dentist. When I called to make my appontment, I was vey clear on what I needed and they agreed to see me anyway eventhough they knew that they were not able to assist with my issue. But the problem was that they knew that what they suggested was such a bad idea but still proceeded to use things on me that I obviously had to pay for. My reason for reaching out to them was because my front two teeth of my dentures fell out and needed to be re- glued, The two ladies then ill advised me by suggesting using some type of cement that is only meant for vinears but not for dentures I did not know this . They did say that it is not a permanent solution but they did not say that it can fall out the very next day, which is excatly what happened. As a business owner it is my responsibility to advise my clients on the best possible solutions and I will rather not make a sale if it will not benefit my client, but instead they decided to charge me R723,40 for cement that fell out the very next day. What made this matter worse was the responce I received from the staff, they were rude and flat out refused to give all my money back and even called me a liar. I eventually received R300 back from them but what about the rest of my money? I will definatley not recommend this place!!
Dr Coetzee put in fillings for me approximately 10 years ago ago and they have lasted very well. Would definitely recommend her as a dentist.
Dr Sasha-Lee Poggenpool has exceeded my expectations of the perfect dentist. She was so informative and has a passion for what she does, i am currently 11 weeks pregnant and she knew that I would not be able to have x-rays or injections for my minor filling. She even advised me about pregnancy gingivitis that could occur and how to prevent/treat it. I have never had such a pleasant dentist before and she works so gently you hardly feel anything. I will never use another dentist again, she makes you feel comfortable and is so friendly! Thank you Sasha-Lee Lucinda Swart
I just want to say thank you to Dr.Poggenpoel and her dental assistant. I had bad experience from other dentists. Very friendly, helpful service. I defiantly recommend anyone and i defiantly will go again. Thank you again. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year :
I went there and had a good experience. My wife went there and the experience was not the same. Not going back. Customer service hasn't been great
Absolute gem of a dentist! Excellent with kids and desperate parents Went to her on a Saturday morning with an emergency for my 5 yr old, even though she was fully booked, she made a plan to see him. She took her time and he absolutely loved his first experience....today we are at hospital and he was totally calm knowing she was going to be his dentist....thank you dr Coetzee....we appreciate you!!! Excellent Service!
If ever there was a professional that would get you over your fear of dentists, Dr. Coetzee would be that person. Friendly, attentive, tender... Thanks for an awesome job! Beautiful job filling a tooth I was sure couldn't possibly be saved. 6 months later and all is still well. Teeth whitening also worked like a charm.
Amazing service!! I am not a big fan of going to the dentist but the last two months of visiting Coetzee Dental I have become an fan. Not just friendly staff but amazing service! Thank you!
