The Smile Clinic is a Family Dental Centre located in the newly built Pinehurst Centre on the corner of Pinehurst Drive and Brackenfell Boulevard, Durbanville, in the Northern Suburbs of the Western Cape. The Smile Clinic covers various fields of dentistry including General Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry and Sedation Dentistry.

Because of our well connected network, we are also able to refer patients to the best specialists in and around the Northern Suburbs should there be any bigger problems that cannot be treated in our practice.

I love their staff, and the doctors are the best ever. Do not forget the friendly receptionist. Actually all the people there is excellent!!! Smile Clinic I Love  you and thank you for the excellent service I always receive.

Ive been at The Smile Clinic myself, my husband, my  kids and im so happy with their services. Their rates are affordable and they are kind and friendly. I had no problem with the reception .. The lady was friendly and very helpful. My kids love going there ... i will recommend them any time.

Best dentist that I have been too, staff were super friendly and they did everything to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist.  -- 22/07/2022-- It has been two years since my initial review of the Smile Clinic and I am still going to them for all my check ups and other dentistry needs. I wasn't sure about the experience to begin with as the front of house doesn't present the practice as well as it should. The place is clean and neat but it feels a bit cold and lacks atmosphere and friendliness. Once I met the dentist and her assistant my mind quickly changed. What a lovely dentist and her assistant was great too. Friendly and warm. It was not a cheap appointment bit I guess that's what it costs.

Very disappointed in the reception staff. I've had an issue with staff communicating with me using the incorrect name. I've now addressed the issue three times, and have received no apology of effort to rectify the mistake.  This may seem like a small detail to this practice, but it leaves a unprofessional impression and demonstrates how they handle complaints from patients. It's something to keep in mind when choosing any medical service provider.  Dr Stoffberg is a capable and professional dentist and I have no complaints about her service, but unfortunately I won't be a returning patient here because of how administrative issues are handled. This is not the first time I've had issues with communication here.

I have only had great experiences at Smile Clinic. They are very friendly and make you feel at home from the moment you step into their reception. I would recommend them for sure.

Made a call to chat to my dentist. Was told I can not. Reception is very abrupt and not interested In my personal problem. I find this rude I am 74 years old  .I can't understand why she does not ask me to hang on the phone while she draws my card . Must look for another dentist .bye

My mother made an appointment with one of their dentists. Upon her arrival she was told that there is no appointment in her name and that they can only help her in 6 days time even though my mom had proof she called and made the appointment for that time. Utterly weak of the staff. When did making an appointment start counting for nothing?

For someone who hates going to a dentist, all at Smile Clinic make the experience very bearable.  I even enjoy a laugh or two with my doc.  Highly rate this practise
