I have been waiting for more than a WEEK just on a quote for my teeth! This is unacceptable service. Where in the world does it take more than a week to get a quote from any place or business. I have always been satisfied walking out after a visit. I don't know WHO the problem is in that office, but surely the persons are being paid for nothing.
After walking around for months with 3 absecces I finally decided to do something about it. Dr Heine was great. She explained everything to me thoroughly and was very kind and professional through the whole process. The receptionists are always friendly and the practice has a nice feel to it
Rating the oral hygienist services which were the worst and most painful I ever experienced. The lady worked in total 10-15min on mouth. After the appointment she rushed out and said in front of all the customers she needs to go shopping. The dental services were good.
Not sure about the dentistery but cancelling an appointment the day before cause you cant reach me on my phone and say its an emergency?... How about emailing?... I missed my 1st appoinment which was my fault I had taken a wrong exit and ended driving to bellville... the dentist called and said I will have to reschedule due to time lapsed.... then a day before my appoinment i get a email to say cancelled... so i was popping pain killers and discomfort for you just to say sorry we have an emergency which is a day before the time...
Dr Landsman is an incredible Dentist. She is so kind and good at what she does. She made me feel very comfortable, and really went out of her way to take care of me. I will forever recommend this practice, like I have been doing for years. Amazing service at the DentalWize Durbanville branch! Thank you.

Dr. Landsman is an excellent dentist. I received the absolute best treatment and care from her. She is precise, diligent, and she gives 100% to her patients and to her work. Dr. Landsman has a calm and gentle nature that immediately puts you at ease. She is patient and understanding with people and readily answers any questions you may have. Her work ethic is consistent and she has a character of integrity. Dr. Landsman really is brilliant a woman. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed. The DentalWize Durbanville branch is great overall and has a warm atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and attentive.
Dr Wilkinson at DentalWise Durbanville is amazing with kids. My boys of 3 and 6 thoroughly enjoyed their visit and she answered ALL their never-ending questions. Highly recommended.
Big ups to Dr Tiaan Furstenburg who extracted my bottom wisdom teeth. I haven't been more impressed by a healthcare professional in my entire life. He is very skilled and just an all-round nice and humble human being. I highly recommend him.
Worse service ever I got from a health care. You make a appointment and when you get to your appointment time and date. They don't know you have a appointment. Receptionist is the worst.
