Brunch at an old favourite! I had their special anchovy toast on seed loaf and my friend a decadent looking almond tart. Both were just delicious! Our waiter was friendly and attentive and the overall bill quite reasonable. We chatted for two hours sipping our teas and enjoying the relaxing ambience inside this long time family restaurant on a fairly chilly Monday morning in Jozi. Great times. Great memories.

Always greeted with smiles, seated outside on beautiful days, and excellent food. I would recommend to the owner though, to upgrade staff uniforms to a higher level, to reflect a higher-grade food establishment. Just a positive suggestion, having fingers in hospitality myself. Best

I've dined in and ordered delivery from here. The food is consistently delicious. Once had an incorrect order where a banting base was requested and a normal base received, and the restaurant quickly rectified and sent out another pizza free of charge. Great service, and I will continue to come back to indulge in amazing food!

Was chasing for Italian cuisine to suite my daughters choice but got more than that. Ambience is average - busy and can be noisy. From our experience service is excellent- food is as good as explained on the menu. We are small eaters so just did mains and we were happy with no complaints. I just appreciated how the menu catered for gluten free options. Ambience - average Food - yum Service - - excellent Pricing - affordable HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you not fussy - all dishes were good

Delicious food that is well presented. Our waiter was very professional and friendly. The food arrived quickly even on a busy public holiday. We sat outside where there is plenty of shaded seating. There are car guards keeping an eye out for your vehicle while you dine because parking is limited. Portion sizes are generous. I would definitely recommend it.

This amazing little gem of a place really surprised me. My mum discovered it alittle while ago and decided we should go for lunch. And it really didn’t disappoint the food was fresh, perfectly cooked and just amazing. Can’t wait to visit again

Loved this place from Day 1 . I've been coming here for years x Each time the meals are amazing and consistent service is impeccable, even their takeaways ! Hugest portions ever !!! Best Ultimate Ever is their fries ,squid heads, and Zucchini fries!! Pizza pregos salads Even breakfast is unreal.

Met a friend for a light lunch. It was delightful in the outdoor area. I enjoyed a delicious bao bun with chicken and mushroom substitute for bacon. My friend enjoyed her haloumi and avo sandwich on seeded bread. It’s strange but the Fanta Orange was perfect, icy cold on a hot Spring Day. The latte was perfect. It is slightly irritating to have to try and get the attention of waitstaff. They are great while taking orders and serving food but we had to literally ask for service to refresh our drinks and to get the bill.

Cnr Cafe is one of my favourite breakfast spots in Johannesburg. It is a popular spot in its central location in Craighall Park, and the team has made an awkward site with a view over the parking lot feel like a stylish sidewalk cafe. Well-managed and generous sun umbrellas protect you from the bright sunshine which can be hot even in the early morning in the summertime. I had the Harissa scrambled eggs which were sublime. My taste for spicy food satisfied, we extended the breakfast meeting by sipping on chilled sparkling water and talking until we had to reluctantly drag ourselves back to our laptops and diaries full of video meetings. Starting your day with breakfast at Cnr Cafe is bound to improve your mood!

Almost perfect. Love the area and atmosphere and the meal was really good. Coffee a bit too cold but easy to fix.
