I have always rated this station very well in the past however if it was not for the clean facilities I would not even considered even giving them the single star provided herein. I am very, very, very disappointed in the fuel provided from this station, between 2 other shell refills on the same day, Point A - B = 9.87km/l, Point B - C = 8.31km/l and Point C this station and Caltex Beauford West Point D, my consumption dropped to 4.87km/l, my vehicle had poor acceleration, no performance and no power it became so bad that trucks where overtaking me. Between point B - D an additional +/- R1000 was wasted in rubbish fuel. please can someone from your offices provide me with contact information of Shell South Africa so that I can formally lodge an complaint with them as well. Those wishing to embark on the long journey please consider my comment with the utmost importance, before you loose your hard earned money and sustain damages to your vehicle as I have experienced. Thanks goes to Nuveld Motors that provided me with clean fuel to continue my journey further.
The mens restroom is a bio hazard. 2 stalls in operation with broken locks, no toilet paper, wet floors and shitstains everywhere. All other stalls have been taped off. Absolutely pathetic Didnt even bother to try the quickshop because if the facilities are this dirty I fear for the worse in all other aspects Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!
No help if you have a flat tyre and it’s 40 degrees outside, they say they are too busy. Although when I went into the quick shop there were a bunch of attendants chatting in the shop where it’s air-conditioned. Go Well, just DONT go Shell. The Caltex just up the road was eager to assist!
What a surprise the fresh flowers in the restrooms were after driving through the draught stricken Karoo. I commend the lady creating such cheer! Its an example to every one in our country that we can all make a difference in others lives with however little we have. Lets all spread such beauty!
Not a great experience. Dirty bathrooms. Cafe inside the store is not on standard like a normal Vida Cafe. Coffee tasted like sour milk and toasties if you can call it that, because it was in pieces had old tomato on.
I've been stopping at this Shell Filling Garage for the past 5 years and I have never get disappointed
Pathetic dirty bathrooms taps out of service door locks broken. Dont know how your in operation because absolutely disgusting this places quickly needs intervention from owners to fix place and get rid of workers who allow the place to be in that state. Best of all there was toilet paper and poo water coming out from under one door. Avoid this stop after around 5km there is a 1 stop which is much better.
Lovely pit stop! Ladies restroom has beautiful flowers and is clean. So lovely to see someone take the time and effort to make weary traveller's feel refreshed. Thank you so much. Guys at the pumps were very friendly as well. Thank you!

Easily the worst Ultra City I have ever been to. Bathroom's disgusting. Steer clear. Go to the Engen One Stop just down the road.
