Complete Nursing Agency is a recruitment and placement company that specialises in finding work for nurses and care-givers who have the skills, experience and training to contribute positively to the lives of those they assist with frail care, post-hospitalisation, palliative care, neo-natal care or any form of medical or home care.
Our offices are based in the Johannesburg suburb of Wendywood, but in truth, our company is based throughout the homes we provide comprehensive care to. Our team ranges from care workers to highly qualified nursing sisters who benefit from constant refreshing and upgrading of skills, allowing us to guaranteed the best and most advanced nursing care to each and every person. Nursing and nurturing is our passion, and we make it our business to care for the people we serve physically, mentally and emotionally.
Our sister company is the Weiners Training Development Academy is accredited with the Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority (HWSETA). Based at the same premises as our offices, the academy trains nurses and care-givers to a high level, allowing Complete Nursing Agency to assist with work placement for top students.
We endeavour to reach our vision by cultivating a nurturing and caring spirit within each nurse or care-giver which we recruit and place, taking special care to be selective and ensure that they are a perfect fit for the individual in question, so that they are able to carry out their work with excellence.
Complete Nursing Agency was established by Rhona Solomon with the aim of providing the ideal care for the individual needs of the recipients of healthcare.
The quality of care was an important issue for Rhona, as her elderly mother required a care-giver, and she wanted to find the perfect person to perform that crucial function in her mother’s life. This personal experience inspired her to become involved in the industry and create a placement agency that could provide caring and nurturing individuals with the work they enjoy and are suited for, while the people they assist would receive custom designed care to give them dignity, happiness and improved health through the type of care they require and desire.
The importance of fitting the right care-giver to the right patient is the premise upon which the company is built and continues to thrive, and now a training academy for nurses as a business linked to Complete Nursing is the result of the company’s growth. Rhona believes in a personal touch being the core to the success of her business, and to this day she remains in direct contact with each client. The ambition of this company continues to soar, and a Wound Care section of the business is planned to launch soon.
All of our care-givers are carefully selected to create a safe and nurturing environment for those who require the care, allowing family members the peace of mind to know that their loved ones are in the best possible hands. Our highly-trained nurses conduct assessments and home visits to ensure that the best care is continuously maintained, while we make use of logbooks to report daily activities and monitor that our staff are doing a good job.

o Transport - Our driver can help those we care for to get to important appointments.
o Meal preparation - We can prepare healthy meals for those we care for, including specialised meals in conjunction with a dietician and specific dietary requirements.
o Access to Dietitians and Physios - For the benefit of our clients, we have excellent access to various healthcare providers who can add to their personal care.
It is important to note that we operate a private practice, and we are not covered by medical aid schemes.
