I brought in my Hubby, two boys 4 and 8 and my Mum for pedicures on Fathers Day. We received a complimentary tea, unbeknownst to them my 4 year old is a fan of tea. He was Delighted. The place is beautiful, rooms open up onto a private patio with clear water stream. Very quiet, and they make sure the rooms are warm. The gardens are also very well kept and we will be returning again.
I’m sorry but my girlfriend and I were not impressed. We went there on her birthday on the 25th March. We opted for the hot stone massage and deep tissue massage along with the classic pedicures for the both of us. Deep tissue massage was not great. Little details like working the pressure points on the sole of one’s foot was not done and massaging all the way down the arm, working palms and massaging right to the finger tips to alleviate stress was also not done. Classic pedicure was even worse. Sole of our feet were not filed/scrubbed down to remove dry/dead skin. You can’t even see the buffering that was done to make our nails clean and shiny. It was honestly just a lazy wash. I don’t think the staff there actually have the correct training to perform some of the services. Only good thing was the tea we got at the beginning. That’s where it stopped.
Amanda and Previ were wonderful! Previ is among the best therapists I have ever been to. She takes great pride in her work and is very knowledgeable. Amanda is very kind, accommodating and organised.
The spa is beautiful and the ladies working on us did an amazing job while remaining friendly and professional. They'll definitely see us again!
Reception service is poor. Couldn't find my booking and couldn't redeem my voucher. Waited 45mins for her to figure out her job. They did give me a hot stone as an extra. Other staff was very friendly and very professional. Clean and neat environment
Spa Treatments were good. The reception was unpleasant. Had an issue with redeeming vouchers and confirming the actual dates for the booking. Overall clean but the reception completely ruined the experienced.

Over the past week myself and my partner were travelling through Johannesburg and was interested to see what spa treatments we could get. Once finding Camelot Spa online I called immediately and found out pricing as they seemed very nice in presentation all that glitters is not gold. On call they were super helpful and service was great the lady had told me the pricing, which made me think there would be great service. Myself and my partner went for the experience and I am sad to say it was not worth half the money that was spent. We went for a 60min massage and 60min facial, the massage was not bad but the facial was not up to par. After returning from the facial both myself and my partner have been cleaning our faces manually as if we had not gone for a facial. No real effort was put into it, they just rubbed a few facial products on our faces. They also had a trainee working on my partner which made her experience nothing short of unpleasant. For future reference don’t go for a facial at this place for R1,250 I could do a better job buying products and doing it manually.
My 5 year old and I loved it. Finally, a great place we can both go in for a spa day and get the same exceptional service. Sherlene was amazing, definitely the one of best massages I’ve had.
We had great service and treated so well for our deluxe pedicures. This was my view. Would recommend.
