XtraSpace provided me with a last mi lock and go container for my stuff on route to the airport for CapeTown. Although the gentleman that was standing on for the Reception lady wasn't very clued up, Nadia however was super helpful and accomodative and that's a rarity these days!!! Excellent Service from all personnel at the site. Seamless, pro-active customer care from the outset till the end when I didn't need to use their services anymore. You will not believe how super clean and secure storage their facilities are - probably safer than a FNB Safety Deposit Box branch!! I took out storage space for my car in the Wyberg facility and was EXTREMELY impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism I experienced. The staff went out of their way every time on customer service, and I found it to be excellent value for money and conveniently located! I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage on a short or long term basis.

The most amazing service from Muzi and Puleng. It is always a pleasure to deal with them. When I go to the branch, they are always willing to help. They drop everything and provide the speediest service, no hassle at all. It does not take me more than 15 minutes in the branch to retrieve or bring something. Also a pleasure having dealt with Deidre in the beginning before she left on maternity leave. I think I made the right choice with Xtraspace. Thank you!!!!!
We have had a storage unit at the Xtraspace Wynberg branch for five years. Service was great, security tight, and our items are in the same condition we left them in five years ago. Thank you for a wonderful service.
