I've been going to Alpine since 2020 and I am always impressed with their quick service, well priced repairs and the way in which they treat their customers. I can't recommend them enough for affordable, non-problematic assistance with your car. They are top choice in Joburg, looking after my 18 year old Merc with care and consideration.

Out car went in for a service in December and we started noticing oil leaks.Phoned Yusuf and he said straight away bring it in. Took the car in and also wanted a a few ither things sorted. All I can say they better then bmw. Yusuf kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and cleaning of the car. Saved me a ton of money as well. I cant recommend them highly enough!!! Took a vehicle that was not starting, for a diagnosis. The centre called out an electrician and ran diagnostics on the car, only to be told there are no faults - and that there is nothing to be fixed. Took the car to a different service centre, and was given a comprehensive list of faults with the vehicle, none of which were picked up by Alpine Service Centre. Was charged a fee for a situation where absolutely no value was added. I understand that the electrician was a necessity and with that comes a fee, but I heavily question the competence of the people working here.
