I tried to book an appointment over whatsapp. After sending my proof of payment I was told that they don't operate on a Monday and I would have to wait an hour for the confirmation of my booking. I then messaged her to follow up 2 hours later, just for her to rudely tell me to have patience because the 1 hour wait was just an estimation and they don't operate on a Monday. Thereafter she continued to be rude and told me that if I'm too impatient to wait for a confirmation refunding me would be faster. I had no issue waiting but as a business providing a service, requiring payment in order to secure a booking this attitude was unacceptable, all from the owner herself who could benefit from taking a class on business etiquette. If she herself can treat a customer like this, I can only imagjne how unpleasant the experience at Sharella beauty spa must be.

To my experience the massage was good but they can do better.
