A perfect 5 stars spa. Perfect in every way u can think of. From reception, massage, stem, jacuzzi, food, beauty and cleanliness, professionalism. Everything. Definitely having my massage in the future ‍ here and no where else. My therapist was Palesa. Loved her. Thank u so much to the entire team. Your work is beautiful
Disgusting and unacceptable treatment from Amanda the "hairstylist"! The rest of the ladies were great. Amanda has no professionalism whatsoever and messed my hair up completely.I had to go to another salon to fix what she messed up. I was warned to not go to Amanda but I chose to give her a chance, biggest mistake! She has a major chip on her shoulder, cold and disinterested.Will definitely NOT recommend! Wate of money!
It’s a pity that a 5 star hotel would have such poorly trained staff who clearly have not been exposed to the basics of hospitality. We received dirty towels that smelt like sour milk. When notifying staff, they did not apologize at first. I asked for new clean towels, and was met with rolling eyes. The massage itself was magnificent. It’s a pity that the whole experience couldn’t have been better. Good service is expected at a 5 star resort. Friendly and accommodating staff is a basic requirement that this spa does not have.
Terrible booking process, I had to call 4 times to get the confirmation Booked a treatment for 10am for which we’re told to arrive 15min prior. We arrived at 09:50 and the spa was not open we had to wait outside until 10. The receptionist was rude, did not great and was barely willing to assist The change room is so tiny only one person can use it at a time. The massage itself felt like I had just having my body moisturised. You will not be asked what kind of pressure you like or which areas the masseuse should focus on. I honestly get better massages from my husband at home. What a waste of a beautiful facilities with horrible service. Never going back to this spa again!
