First time staying at this hotel.... Service from stepping out of car to the reception was excellent The suite exceeded expectations and is a complete apartment equipped with every convenience The towers has its own mall and is attached to the sandton city mall perfect location for shopping.

Truly a horrible place. It may be in Sandton, but the staff specifically the security are the most unkind people. Not sure if it is because I was a young girl by myself, but the security were extremely rude and spoke down on me. Specifically this one guy. Can’t remember his name but it started with a V was along the line of Vutuli/Vusuyo. I will beg anyone I know not to go to this place

There are no words to properly describe JUST how amazing this place is. The food! The rooms! The decor! The attention to detail that everyone in the staff team has to attend to your every need and surpass your expectations. I had an unforgettable experience. Rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Parking a bit tedious making accessibility tricky at times.

Was at the Renaissance spa. Friendly service, nice and relaxing. Would've liked options for snack platters to finish off the experience but I guess they now only starting to pick up their business after covid

Went to spend the night at Onyx night club. Setup is amazing, vibe is good. Drinks are expensive Sandton Life Lol. All in all it was a great experience.Location: 5/5

I travel alot between all major cities within South Africa for work as I'm a private wealth portfolio manager, This apartment in particular had been a really special stay as my high net client owned it, putting me up,  keeping me within close proximity to them during our contract agreements. A memory will forever be cherished.
