A truly wonderful experience. The spa is very private which creates a nice getaway for your spa experience. The ambiance is peaceful and very relaxing. The attention to detail is commendable in terms of hygiene. The booking process was smooth and the massages were excellent. Definitely worth repeating again and again!
One of the greatest spa experiences to be had in Sandton, and possibly SA. My wife and I love to visit new places to unwind and decompress and Africology's secluded spa in the middle of this concrete jungle allows you to escape to your happy place. Whilst it may not be cheap, it's definitely a must for those special occasions.
Worst experience ever. Hot stone massage was an oil rub that ended up hurting my back even more had to rub deep heat afterwards. You pay so much money and they don’t even bother to contact you back after complaining. Not worth the money they charge an have no idea what they doing when it comes to a massage.
Relaxation at its finest! I was warmly greeted at the elevator and led to reception. I was able to start my treatment with a complimentary session in the hydro areaThe sauna and steam room are a must try and finished off with an African goddess facial. What an amazing experience. Everything from the moment you step into Africology is exemplary.
A nice sanctuary for relaxation. I love the music, and the general ambiance created. Good customer service, and I don't mind waiting for my Mom while she gets her nails done. They also serve nice tea while you wait.
Loved everything about my experience. The staff are extremely professional and friendly, the rooms were beautifully decorated and very relaxing and the massages were lovely. They really go the extra mile to make you comfortably
The treatments are amazing. Ladies are kind too. However, when making the booking I was informed we’ll be able to use the jacuzzi while we wait for check in with the hotel. As we were about to use it, one lady comes to us and asks us to step out of the jacuzzi because you cannot use it without paying. What kind of spa makes you pay to use a jacuzzi? Isn’t that supposed to be part of the package? Highly disappointed!
It's a lovely place decor and all, the wonderful smells hit you right from the door. Their services are super therapeutic. I felt 10 times better coming out of the massage than going in, really worth the expense. However, their packages are not, the food is very healthy, but not that great or filling, no drinks are included besides water. It was so disappointing. We were promised a virgin cocktail and chocolates upon entry, which we did not get either. I wouldn't waste so much money on a package again, I'd rather pick stand alone services or a package without the extra promises.
Previously had a great experience, unfortunately recent experience was subpar.
