I have a three strikes and you’re out system on most delivery type apps and this is the third strike. Not only do you wait hours for your order to perhaps arrive, the customer service is nonexistent and then if your order does arrive the items are incorrect and if you’re lucky to receive a refund for incorrect items you still have to go through their app AGAIN to get the funds transferred back into your bank account, which can take over a week. I rarely take time to review, but this is the final straw after once again receiving the incorrect item after waiting for hours and have not yet had any response from customer service. The best advice I have for the next curious customer, don’t even click install on the app.
For the concierge fee, you would expect smooth shopping of products. I experienced two issues so far. Two left gloves, and a pedal bin with no pedal. The first issue was corrected by the end of day. The second issue has not been resolved yet, but I had made the purchase late yesterday. I am unable to get a response, or assistance with my query.
First time ordering on OneCart and I won’t be returning. Placed an order, delivery time is 3hrs later, and the shopper only advised 10min from estimated delivery time 30min before retailer’s closing time that the item is out of stock. That’s 3hrs I could’ve used to make an alternative plan had I been advised earlier. Hardly a convenience.
Still decided to give them a try after reading the reviews. Worst mistake... I have no idea why they try to be like other apps and have a time slot when they never seem to stick to it. They should just take away that feature. Their deliveries are always delayed or never seem to happen. They also have no communication with the drivers, they're always "waiting for the contact number" Probably the worst online shopping platform- rather order online from the stores directly
Not happy at all with your driver We ordered the number of bottles based on the delivery costs and saving considering fees. Your driver breaks a bottle and delivers 4, making our price per bottle more expensive. Then still repeatedly your drivers always go to the incorrect complex even thought I state my address clearly on the app. I am not impressed and based on this service I’ll be deleting the app, my other query was never attended to either. Sending me a voucher last week that expires in June.
Bad service, you let us order and even pay for the groceries needed then you refund the funds and say the items are out of stock. Then you charge us from our balance as charges to refund us whereas it’s your own fault to advertise things that are not in stock. I truly hate banking charges especially for something that is not even my fault.
Several issues here: 1. When I logged on this morning, I was welcomed as a new user. Which I am not. I have used the service many times before and had a balance due to me. 2. I was informed that the PnP assorted muffins 12 pack were not available. I subsequently opted for a 4 pack/ Surely it doesn't cost R95 for 4 muffins.
Thought i would give you the benefit of the doubt again, but this has just confirmed that i will not be using your services again. I am not one to usually post reviews, but waiting more than 5 hours for a delivery is hardly a convenience, and this is ordering from 1 store. Then calling you twice to be advised advised the driver is on his way... then calling a third time, holding for 30 minutes to be advised that my order was never collected. So I am being lied to as well. From the comments i read on here, it seems i am not the only one experiencing similar situations... Your competitors are by far better, there is actually no comparison.
Worst experience ,it was my first time ordering on onecart but was very disappointed , how can you continue allowing orders for something that's out of stock and on ordering it's showing its available. So frustrating now you are charging me for refund will never order on this app again .I just put a star to allow it to send otherwise you deserve no star at all
Absolutely pathetic! Every order is wrong, every order arrives late. The shopper is supposed to contact me to ask what substitute I want yet every time the shopper just does their own thing and either leaves it off completely or just gives you whatever they want to give you and then charges you more. I have used this app so many times and I’m done now! Worst app ever to purchase from!
