All great except. A few small negatives to improve and watch out for as a buyer: Order took time to be ready for shipping but they sent it within a few days. That was not clear during the order steps as I thought the items are in stock ready to send. They were not in stock stock but can get it in stock stock. Sent with UPS and it was expensive. Arrived fast but UPS courier was a bit strange - not the shop's fault. Packing problem in my opinion, they put the items on the bottom of the outer box and on top 2 paper filler material sheets. They could have put 1 paper filler then items then the second filler - like a sandwich. Still all was ok with the box but if it was hit harder, who knows... Shipping was VERY expensive for EU - Cyprus delivery. Would I buy again? Probably yes if the shipping + price is good.

Order number: 2022113014320624. I waited for a fridge a bit more than 2 weeks however it was stated that item is on hand. But the worst thing is how the delivery were performed - the fridge just was left on the road near building entrance! Do you think that it is normal way of working? Do not you think that such a big items require delivery to a flat? You even did not notify that it will be done that way. That was first and the last time I purchase something here. For those who read this - think twice.

The worst company I have ever come into contact with in my life. I placed my order on May 13 with the confidence that my order would soon be shipped, as I specifically selected items with the status of "in stock, ready to ship. My order wasn't complete until May 25. In order to send it correctly, I have intentionally written a letter with the address confirmation, and added GPS coordinates, so that in addition to this I received the answer on 22 May, that everything will be sent correctly, and the address was correct. On the 25th of May my order was shipped. As a result my order was sent to another province, went to some strange addresses, and in the end was sent back to Germany. I needed the order for a project. In the end the project was thwarted. No support from this company, not a single letter to me asking for a solution to the issue was answered. This company does not care about their customers at all. Even a letter asking for confirmation that I will get my money back, they did not respond and apparently do not plan to. It was an awful disgusting experience to interact with the company. I don't recommend it to anyone. I am writing a request to the consumer protection service. In general, it looks like some sophisticated type of paving. I hope the competent authorities will deal with my case and this company.

Order for next day delivery placed 3rd May 2023. Today, 9th May 2023 package still not with the courier. Shop stated items in stock which does not appear to be the case given they are still not shipped out. This is a recurring problem with them. We gave them benefit of the doubt because of the pandemic. Nothing improved since. Zero ownership. Zero email that order will be delayed. Never again.

Order for 3 PC Hardware parts. Relatively fast communication, shipping and delivery 2-3 business days after purchase. Only odd thing was that 1 out of 3 products was delivered separately and arrived one business day later probably because it came from supplier or a separate warehouse.

best online store for PC parts. The only thing to watch after is availability of products is not always presented accurately - you should verify actual availability before you order. But the refunds are super fast if you are not prepared to wait.

no care taken and silent customer service Bought an expensive new computer GPU, paid extra for premium shipping box why is this needed to be paid for? and when i got the parcel, the premium shipping box was a joke 2mm cardboard and a bit of paper. This didn't matter though, as the GPU box itself was very beaten up before it was even shipped from the warehouse. looked like it had been used as a football.... When asking what happened, customer service don't answer their emails. Thankfully, somehow the GPU still works. it was only released 2 weeks before it was bought and sent to myself.

NEVER AGAIN!!! a friend of mine recommended this shop as trustworthy and cheaper than others. I made an order but did not see whether one of my items was in stock or not, so i sent an email , after the company confirmed they had my order and sent a status of my order, requesting a change of the item that was not in stock, or maybe information about when they are getting the stock of it again. I got just an automated email. Some days after that, i saw at the site that the item "is no longer available" , so i sent an extensive email, requesting human communication and, recommending some other parts cheaper than the one i paid for, to exchange, so i could still get my order. Guess what, i got an AUTOMATED ANSWER once again, that resolved nothing. So, my next move was to cancel my order. Better pay a bit more, and have my items, than lost in translation and in automated messages. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. UNTRUSTWORTHY.
