Not punctual, made me late for other commitments after confirming a time to fetch my vehicle. Car not properly washed after a service. Also asked them nicely to please do a proper diagnostic on my vehicle to establish the problem the radio has and it was not done.

After shopping around at many dearships, even the dodgy ones, I made my final stop here. I bought my second hand Hyundai Grand i10 and was assisted by the very helpful gentelman named Mpho who helped me make the right choice. The car is almost new and I have never experienced problems with it, five months later. They are transparent with everything from the sale to signing the final documents, and everything was in order. I highly recommend the place and I would not hesitate going back. Thank you so much for making my first experience in buying a car a bliss.
Thank you Tristan Petersen and Michelle for making my first time buying a brand new car effortless and easy although I live in Cape Town I thought it would be hard as the dealership is so far but nope smooth sailing.Thank u for going the extra mile and getting me the best deal u guys are so efficient the service was excellent, informative and reassuring the car suits me perfectly I have already strongly recommended u guys so once again u are the best.
Mpho has provided me with great customer service and assisted me to enjoy my KIGER. My experience there has been great and I will recommend this branch specifically Mpho as the sale man. You can see that with the constant genuine smile I have. Keep up the good work.
We’d taken our car for a service and it returned with a flat tire. We’d also asked them to check the drivers side window as it was acting up. Not a month later we had to send it back for the same issue and were told it actually wasn’t checked at service. They did a ‘quick fix’ and sent us on our way only to have to return a week later with the same issue. They then said the motor in the window needs to be replaced and quoted over R8,000 which we thought to be ridiculous. We took it to another company to find out all it was, was the switch for the window which is a small, minor replacement. Not sure if it’s outright incompetence or trying to make a quick buck on unsuspecting customers, either way though I wouldn’t recommend them and it’ll be the last Renault I ever own
