Incompetent is the only word I can use to describe these people. Not only were the documents not ready for our appointment, but they spelled my name wrong... How hard is it for you people just to copy the details from my passport?

Today, I was helped by Ingrid. Not only was she friendly and courteous , but also helpful and extremely competent. Characteristics , sadly lacking from the staff of Cape Town TLS, where we were last week to apply for a Luxembourg Visa. Not only did Ingrid listen to my story of poor service at TLS , she went further and checked on the Visa application and gave advice on what we should do in future. Unfortunately , load shedding interrupted my call before I could complement her on the EXCELLENT service . I hope she reads this review.

My girlfriend and I emailed the consulate the other day looking to find out about visa requirements, but we have been waiting for a couple of days! after we got a call back, the person recommended that we send another email, which we have but we are still waiting for a reply. Please can some one get back to us!!
