i have had the pleasure of having Cooper Power attend to all my UPS needs for many years now. their service is excellent, their dedication and incredible helpfulness and also generosity knows no bounds. i am a disabled pensioner living in a "home" and they are always just a phone call away. with much gratitude to the company and all its staff. viv
My gel battery was replaced within the warranty period, and a thorough check was done of my inverter not provided by them so all-in-all good service. Front desk could be a little friendlier though.
I went there today and the service was terrible and unfriendly . The atmosphere was very empty and cold. I felt so uncomfortable I just wanted to get my goods and get out of there, however warehouse staff on the other hand was very friendly and helpful . The sales team should try to be more curtious and greet once in a while .
Great service! What I appreciated most was the superb and relevant advice they gave me. We surely need this at a time when everyone's jumping to buy power supply units and have no clue what the right solution is. I can gladly recommend Cooper Power.
recently Cooper Power changed out the batteries for my UPS. quick, economical, and friendly service. will happily do business with them again.
A good partner for load shedding, but my need was for off grid batteries and they have a good range at reasonable prices and backed up with both the service and knowledge.
Cooper power has been my supplier in the security industry for the past 9 years, I definitely recommend them for all your backup power needs.
Very poor service. Required urgent assistance and called the Cape Town office and the lady had no knowledge and was not helpful. Eventually I called the Johannesburg branch and the guy resolved the query within 2 minutes.
