Shell is always clean, professional, friendly, and prompt even when it is full. They service a big area but people patiently wait because of their outstanding service. Thank you, especially to the staff on the forecourt and in the shop, who always greet and offer service with a smile

Ordered the Grande latte. Was good value for money. They had plenty of food options as well as muffins & other treats. I would've loved to have given 5 stars but unfortunately I waited almost 10min to be served and I was the only customer in line.

Always good friendly service. There is a convenience store which always have great specials. When you pull up at the petrol pump, the staff literally run to assist you and always give you service with a smile. There is a car wash on the premises and ample parking. A walk away from Prospur Shopping centre which has a Tops Bottle Store, Hardware Store and lots more.

It's convenient, I fill up at the Garage from time to time. The service is always great. Attendants are friendly and efficient.

Terrible I just asked where the barista is and he comes from the back and says he doesn’t have eyes infront how must he see. Well thank you Avela, won’t be coming back to that attitude, I work way to hard for my money thx

Yesterday, just before church, the Petrol attendant accidently put the wrong fuel in our vehicle ... This could have caused a lot of damage to the vehicle but thankfully we realized immediately. In situations like this, people tend to shift blame to protect their own interests but instead of getting upset we spoke to the manager to help us rectify the matter and she dealt with things extremely well. What could have been a very bad situation was handled very well by the manager, Ashley. They did have to keep the vehicle overnight and took most of today to drain the fuel and changed the filter, but they went the extra mile and were super courteous, filled the car with the correct fuel, gave us some complimentary snacks and coffee for the journey home. Very appreciative of their helpfulness and the way in which they handled things. #gowellgoshell

Small but great little convenience store with fresh food and great coffee. Staff are happy, helpful and friendly. Was irritated having to pay R2 for the use of a client toilet, however when I eventually got change for a R10 note so that I could open the toilet using a R2 coin, I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and hygiene of the toilet facilities. There is a baby changing table, a woman's sanitary bin, a basin, a toilet and a hot air hand drier, and they are all spotlessly clean.

Can’t comment on the gas or service, but I was surprised they don’t sell top-up for prepaid SIM cards. The attendant was helpful in pointing me to the pick n pay a 10 minute walk away.
