I had the best experience at Coricraft today. The men who helped me to refill my couch cushions were absolutely amazing: so patient, knowledgeable and helpful! The after sale service from Coricraft is truly great.
Coricraft is a terrible company to deal with!! Having spent over R16,000 to have replacement cushion covers made and cushions re-stuffed for an existing lounge suite, here we are a year down the line, still having issues with no solution in sight. Check the photo's - this is how they leave us with a new cover and inner for our chaise. Coricraft's customer services and after sales support is non-existent.
I was in canal store now to furnish a new apartment from scratch. The lady just asked if I had a quote and then said I missed out on savings - she then left to chat on her phone . Disgusted by the shocking service! Assuming I was there for Black Friday specials like a cheap skate where I actually was willing to spend any amount and chose to come post Black Friday to have a peaceful shop - but in fact was even worse.
Products are great. The customer support at the Epping collection place is great. The stores could learn from them..
Well we paid for items on the 11th of November. Did instant payment and sent POP. They wouldn't release the items 2 days later because the payment didn't reflect their side. Cut to 3 days later- the payment hasn't reflected on Corifcrofts account still. They won't release the items. I tell them my truck driver needs to get to Plettenberg from Cape Town and that we made payment 6 days ago, it's impossible and to check with their accounts. I deal with an unsympathetic manager on the phone. 80 minutes later, my driver says, "Leaving Corifcroft". 10 minutes after that I get a call from the Epping Warehouse manager that I asked to deal with, Zaan. Zaan is casually laughing and talking to someone nearby when she says, "oh hi we found your payment in accounts". No apologies. Zero organization, respect and customer service. I deal with furniture businesses in my line of work daily. I think I'll go to Tafelberg Meubels instead, they are wonderful to deal with.
Horrible. Purchased the Indiana Slipcover Modula Couch set in fabric Soho Sand and paid extra for the fabric protection. Not even half a year with the couch and the fabric is pilling like crazy. The sales person Sune Prinsloo did not disclose this quality issue with us on purchase but was very excited to make a sale. After sending multiple emails and trying to contact Coricraft of this I have not received any feedback. In addition to this, I have been emailing the "manager" of the store along with the salesperson Sune Prinsloo as well. Not a single one of them have come back. this is horrible service. the couch itself is still good, but we are not happy with the service nor the quality of the slip covers
Went to have lounge cushions stuffed up. 3xc3llent friendly service.
I am working on a project away from home. Paid Coricraft over R20000 long ago for my headboards. This morning I have to hear the headboards will be 2 weeks late. They the only company on this project who could not keep their word. They are unreliabke, the are rolling money and they are just not a company to deal with anymore.If you want to be disappointed deal with them.
I brought dining room chairs in for repair in December 2020 which I had to pay for. The repairs were not carried out correctly and the chairs are a danger to anyone who sits on them. Olivia Benjamin assisted with the initial repair in December. I emailed and called her at the beginning of Jan to notify her that the repairs were not carried out properly. She has yet to even respond to any of my emails. I Emailed the generic email address, to which someone called me back 2 weeks later. The lady who called said that she would speak to Olivia and get back to me. It's now middle of March and nothing has been done, nor has anyone bothered to contacted me.
Maps messed me around but I got there in the end. Was quick in and out. Procedure was explained and no cash only cards payment which wasn’t a problem. Friendly and very efficient. Thumbs up from me! P.S. Maybe just put a sign up that refill / refluff is at gate one. Would save some time
