I bought Faux Locks from them and I am very impressed with the quantity and the texture of the locks. The look and the texture is soooooo natural. The volume exceeded my expectations. The customer service is also on another level. I was abit sceptical when the delivery took more time than I’ve anticipated, I reached out to them and they contacted the delivery company and I received the order on the same day that they intervened. Excellent online customer service and their packaging was nice and secured. Their courier service was nice as they communicated with me even if they encouter delivering delays but they do their best to deliver it to your door.
