Delivery was fast. Their prices are so reasonable and my washing was clean and smelling fresh. Definitely using them again!
I am fairly happy with the service I received. They are easy to communicate with, you can call before going to drop off and they call you back once the clothes are ready. The clothes are clean, neatly folded and reasonably priced. My only thing was that my duvet came back with a few lint balls, I managed to get rid of some thou. Not sure if it's duvet or their dryer. Overall, I will definitely go back and I do recommend them.
Laundry was really clean and smelled fresh, but they “misplaced” some of my clothes, I kept on following up but never got an answer, till today they have never given me an answer let alone an apology.
Poor service, clothes not properly cleaned. When you make them aware, no one wants to take responsibility, which says to me that the problems will likely persist. I will not be using them again.
