Waited 4 weeks for a repaired even if they said to come after a week. Even after I picked up I send back the trousers and not repaired. I picked up again and it wasn't done. And I had the same problem few months ago. No recomended

I'm happy I found this place. It's been tricky finding a decent tailor who doesn't cost the earth in London! But the staff here are kind, friendly and accommodating and for the tailoring service they offer the price is good. The dressmaker followed my detailed alteration requests for 3 tops and I'm really pleased with his work! He even hand sewed one of them. Basically they did everything they could to make me a happy customer.
Fantastic dry cleaning service. Friendly, helpful and skilful. I have been going to Top Quality for more than 10 years and they have never let me down. The alterations are always expertly undertaken, if there's tweaks required, then they do it, no quibbles. Recommended.
We have regularly utilised this Dry Cleaners over the last 5 years for both our store wedding dresses and as a recommendation for our brides. The service is always exceptional, timely and with a smile and we will continue to recommend their cleaning services.
Took my wedding dress here 3 and a half years after wedding day and it has come back almost good as new. The stains were from drinks and dirt on the hem from an outdoor wedding. Really didn’t expect such good results and am over the moon. Thank you!
