Tried calling to track my parcel and they dont even answer their phones. When they did answer they transferred me to the agent and she said that if the driver does not call me he won't deliver the parcel. If he calls he will. I am still waiting for a call. I can see why they only have bad ratings as their staff are rude and incompetent. If there was a "0" star rating or a "-5" rating definitely not a star rating as they are not star worthy. Absolute waste of time calling yourself a courier service.

Experience is worse than horrible. They do not live upto they're company policies. I send my phone with them to courier to Pretoria, on the receiving day they got hijacked. I am still waiting for my money to buy me a othe phone they said yesterday and today but when it is payed in it would've been in by midnight last night. But they are just making excuses

If I could give this pathetic company minus 5 stars I would, their staff are so rude I would never use this company, the representative from the company refused to give me a parcel because I would not give them the signed waybill, I told them I cannot sign for a parcel I I had not received, they started shouting and arguing with me and refused to give me the parcel, I asked them to get the manager to contact me but they never did, I phoned and got put on hold and eventually put down the phone. I am still waiting for the parcel to be delivered.

The worst courier services ever! I don't understand why big companies work with such, it's pathetic!!  My parcel was scheduled for delivery on the 11 of March, I did not receive till the 19th of April whereby I just went to collect my parcel at their warehouse. Not to mention their customer service is worse , bad attitude takes time to answer you call while your airtime is depleting at times they just hang up without assisting you while you waited for+_ 40 minutes on the call that time your airtime is depleting. Big companies should and need to stop using their services because they not keen at all.

It was bittersweet. The address needed to be changed still within Johannesburg. I called to change it and give a number to call, they confirmed it was changed yet the delivery went to the wrong address twice, even after we called early morning every day to confirm the address. Drivers said the warehouse was unaware. So there is miscommunication in the company.  So for more than a week we me, my mother and the supplier were calling, I emailed, some of the customer service people were rude to my mother.  Finally a lady T-kay from admin contacted my mother, kept updating her, gave the correct waybill number. She kept in touch for days, multiple times a day, until the delivery finally arrived today. I've been waiting for this parcel since February. And it's very big and heavy so we couldn't just go and get it ourselves.  The delivery people were friendly.  My mother wanted me to write this review specifically for T-kay, for her excellent customer service.

Terrible service provider. If you buy from an online store that uses then - RUN!  Adidas app said estimated delivery was 16 March 2023, they sent a delivery message on 17 March 2023. By the time I came back from work after 4pm the parcel was still not there! Called them and they told me that the driver will deliver after 5 and I waited. The driver never came and took back my parcel to the warehouse.  I drove there this morning 18 March 2023 to fetch my parcel. The security personnel was very friendly, but the staff there basically told me “they’re not open on Saturday they can’t do anything for me” told them I’m not leaving without my parcel and waited. More people came with the same problem lol that’s when they started looking for our stuff and I got mine and left. I hope the people I left there got their stuff. Never ordering from Adidas again.

Worst courier service I’ve ever had to deal with. Bad customer service and in order to even get help you have to consistently call which they tell you they’re putting you through to customer service and the call cuts. A deliver that was supposed to be received on Wednesday is still pending 3 days later.

Absolutely the worst service I have encountered. I was promised my parcel would be delivered on Monday, after phoning they said they will schedule it for the Tuesday. On no delivery the Tuesday I phoned and they said the vehicle has mechanical problems and will deliver the Thursday as it is on there route. On Thursday i again had to phone behind then which there was excuses again. I demanded they deliver my parcel in which they promised theywpuld. Friday morning and nothing. This is not even called service!!! Samsung, Apple etc should be ashamed for using them. Courier company that has broken vehicles. Sds more like SA police!!!

Got a message to say my parcel has been delivered but I've received nothing! I have no idea why samsung chooses to use this company. They are pathetic! I've been on hold for 25 minutes now to try and find out where the hell my parcel is with absolutely no answer. And the receptionist is miserable as sin! Update: reviewed my parcel. From someone in my street. Parcel was delivered to the wrong house even though my address is correct

First time dealing with thus company but I'm so over it. My package from samsung was scheduled to be delivered all of a sudden it was cancelled because my "address is incorrect " the same address that the other courier companies use all the time. Their customer centre is a nightmare. Other courier companies would call you just to double check if they are unclear about the delivery address but CourierIT did not bother.... SUCH BAD SERVICE
